Summary: The front desk let us check in during the night early. Every one was so friendly and we had no complaints. It was so clean. Very good location. We will be back.

Summary: It was the perfect option for our family of 5. We had a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch with a kitchenette. Location was great! Near I-95 with lots of restaurants nearby. Also only about 8 miles to the heart of St Augustine.

Summary: 5 mins for the clerk to come to the desk. Otherwise very nice hotel. Great breakfast options. Pool lovely and great showers.

Summary: From the front desk to the cleanliness of the room to the courtesy of the staff to the cleanliness of the pool I’ve stayed there a couple times by myself and intend to go back in future times I’ve been to a few Hilton properties. This one is definitely the best and if you are traveling to Saint Augustine, don’t even bother going to the one in town. Just use the one at exit 318. You will not be wrong. Keep up the good work and service

Summary: I was not able to use my hotel.col credit card witch I was planning on using it for this trip and I probably won’t get any reward points. Rooms where nice but not cleaned well, I found some pills (Tylenol and Morrin ) under the bed from previous tenants. We only got our room cleaned once and had barely any toilet paper or enough towels in our room so we had to ask for more.

Summary: There was trash in the hallway 3rd floor. There was dog urine in the lobby, the night clerk wiped it up after I brought it to her attention. The lobby is conjoined where you eat breakfast, not a good thing to see puddles. The food counter should be kept clear of spills. The after hour coffee was nice. Our air unit leaked water on the carpet so I had to exit the bed at the foot. Shared this with the clerk. Overall the stay was pleasant...things happen. Room 305.

Summary: Friends had loud neighbors that never got resolved. Hotel was obviously older but still in good shape. Staff was wonderful!
